The first service brings the premises to standard
A scheduled clean maintains a standard; it does not create one. So every commercial service starts with an initial clean, quoted separately from the ongoing service, and the schedule holds it there from then on. Both figures come from a site visit, not a form, because two offices of the same floor area can be very different jobs.
