Recurring

The essentials, done properly, every visit: surfaces, floors, the kitchen and every bathroom, from a written list of 51 items, by the same cleaner each time. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
It holds a standard. It does not create one, which is why the first visit is a deep clean.
One-off
$400deep clean from, ex GST
A deep clean is everything you can see, in detail: 86 items, two cleaners, one day. A whole house clean is the deep clean plus 17 more, inside every cupboard, drawer and robe, from $625. The vacate clean.
A walkthrough with you before work starts, and photographs of every finished room.
The first visit of every recurring service is a deep clean
A routine can only keep a home at the standard it starts from. So the first visit brings it there, priced as a deep clean, and the routine price applies from the second visit on. Both figures are shown before you book. Nothing is worked out on the day.
