We are hiring casual house cleaners across the Adelaide Hills, based out of Mount Barker. 10 to 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, at $40 an hour plus 12% superannuation. No cleaning experience needed.

The job itself
The Role
You will be cleaning homes across the Adelaide Hills, out of Mount Barker. We service the Hills only, so applicants in or near Mount Barker are preferred.
A week is a set round of regular clients. You see the same homes on the same days, which means you learn them, and a home you know is quicker to clean well than one you are meeting for the first time. There is no chasing one-off jobs and no waiting to find out what tomorrow looks like.
You will need a current driver licence and your own car, because the homes are spread across the Hills. Everything else comes with the job.

You turn up, on the day, at the time. Clients build their week around it and so does the round.

Products, microfibre cloths, fresh mop heads and equipment come with the job. You do not buy your own supplies and you do not carry the cost of them.
Work That Does Not Wreck You
Cleaning is hard on a body. Back injuries, joint damage and years of exposure to harsh chemicals are a real problem in this industry, and we are not willing to build a business on that. The products we use are environmentally friendly, low-tox and septic safe. We train for technique, not just for results, and we build rounds that are physically sustainable.

Level 1
Cleaning Specialist
$40per hour plus 12% super
Level 2
Team Leader and Trainer
$44per hour plus 12% super
Level 3
Manager
$50per hour plus 12% super
Level 1 cleaners are reviewed for Level 2 at six months. Level 3 sits in the one to two year range. Both are filled from within as the business grows, so the people who train the next cleaners are the ones who learned the standard first.
