Two options. A deep clean is everything you can see, in detail. A whole house clean is everything, inside and out. Both come with two cleaners, a walkthrough before work starts and photographs when it ends.

Conditions
- Interiors are cleaned empty only. Occupied storage gets its exteriors cleaned, and client property is not handled.
- The oven interior and window glass are excluded service-wide and recommended out to a specialist.
- No ladders. Everything is ground-accessible or reached with an extension pole.
For a vacate, this is the clean.
Everything on this list is covered within our scope. The bond itself is decided by the property manager, and no cleaner can honestly promise it. What we promise is the list, and the guarantee behind it.
Excess condition
Written out in full, because a clause you have to ask about is a clause you cannot rely on.
Every one-off clean is priced on the home as you describe it when you book. If, at the walkthrough, the home is in materially worse condition than described, the price is revised before any work starts. Materially worse means conditions the checklist does not price for: built-up grease across a kitchen, mould beyond spot treatment, heavy accumulation of belongings that has to be worked around, or contamination that needs specialist handling.
The revised price is given to you in writing on the day. You can accept it, reduce the scope to what the original price covers, or cancel. If you cancel at the walkthrough for this reason, the deposit is refunded in full. Nothing is revised after the work has started, and nothing is added to the bill afterwards.
Half at booking, half on the day
A 50% deposit secures the date. The balance is paid on the day, after the walkthrough and once you have seen the photos. The two always add up to exactly the price you were quoted.

Two things, stated plainly, so nobody finds out on the day.
Oven interior
The outside of the oven and the door glass are detailed. The inside is not. We recommend an oven specialist, who will do it better than a general cleaner can.
Window glass
Ledges, sills and tracks are cleaned. The glass is not. A window cleaner has the equipment for it, and we recommend one.
Questions about one-off cleaning
Which one do I need for moving out?
The whole house clean. It covers the inside of cupboards, drawers and robes, the walls and the window tracks, which is what a vacate clean is expected to include. It is covered within our scope, and what that scope is stands written above.
Do you guarantee the bond back?
No, and nobody honestly can: the bond is decided by the property manager, not the cleaner. What we guarantee is the checklist. If anything on it is missed, tell us within 24 hours and we return at no charge.
Why two cleaners?
A deep or whole house clean is a long day for one person, and a long day is where standards slip. Two cleaners finish in a working day at full attention.
What if the home is in worse condition than I described?
The walkthrough at the start is where that is settled, before any work begins. If the home is materially beyond what was booked, the price is revised on the spot and you decide whether to go ahead. The clause is written out in full above.
Do you clean ovens and windows?
The outside of the oven and the window ledges and tracks, yes. The oven interior and the window glass, no. Both are excluded on every service and we recommend a specialist for each.
