The first visit is a deep clean
A routine can only keep a home at the standard it starts from. So the first visit brings it there, priced as a deep clean, and the recurring price applies from the second visit.

Three bedrooms, one bathroom, about 120 square metres, one living area and a laundry, fortnightly. Ex GST.

What recurring is not
Three things, so the visit is never a surprise.
Not a deep clean every visit
The inside of cupboards, the tops of doors, light fittings and skirting boards washed down belong to the deep clean, and to the first visit.
Not ovens or window glass
Both are excluded on every service and recommended out to a specialist. The oven exterior and the window ledges are done.
Not tidying
Surfaces are cleaned as they are found. Belongings are not sorted, moved or put away.
Questions about recurring cleaning
Do I get the same cleaner each visit?
Yes. A recurring service is assigned to one cleaner, and that cleaner keeps it. A cleaner who knows your home does a better clean in the same time than one meeting it for the first time.
Why is the first visit a deep clean?
A recurring clean holds a standard; it does not create one. The first visit brings the home to the standard so every visit after it can maintain it. It is priced as a deep clean, and both figures are shown before you book.
Is there a contract?
No. There is no lock-in. Pause, change frequency or stop with reasonable notice.
Does it cost more further from Mount Barker?
No. Distance never affects the price. It is set by the size of the home and how often we come.
What is the deposit for?
The $150 deposit secures the booking and is credited in full against the first clean. It is not an extra charge.
