How your price is built
Four inputs. Not your suburb, not the day of the week, not which cleaner comes.
- Rooms
Bedrooms, bathrooms and separate toilets, living areas and a laundry, each counted. The kitchen is always one.
- Floors
Floor area in 100 square metre bands up to 500, and any storey beyond the first. Over 500 square metres, we come and look.
- Frequency
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly for recurring. A less frequent visit has more to do and costs more per visit.
- Locked flat
The result is one flat price for the home, not an hourly rate. It does not move on the day.

- The from-prices are floors. A small home prices at the floor, not below it.
- GST
- Quoted ex GST with the inclusive total beside it. GST is 10%.
- Deposits
- Recurring: $150, credited to the first clean. One-off: 50%, balance on the day.
- Excess condition
- One-off cleans are priced on the home as described. If the walkthrough finds it materially worse, the price is revised before work starts and you decide. The clause in full.
