Why We Offer It
Plenty of cleaning businesses advertise a satisfaction guarantee. Far fewer say what it actually pays out, and fewer again put a refund at the end of it.
We put one there because a promise with nothing behind it costs nothing to make. If we have not done the job to your standard, you should not be paying for it, and committing to that in public is the only version of the promise worth anything.
