Do you offer once-off or vacate cleans?
No. Dust Till Dawn is a recurring cleaning service only. We do not offer one-off, end-of-lease or vacate cleans. Our service is designed for clients who want consistent, reliable cleaning on an ongoing basis.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the size of your home, with all areas and the square metreage measured so the quote is accurate and no space is missed, along with your preferred frequency and the condition of the home. The prices shown on this page are typical starting points, and your final quote is confirmed once we understand your space.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many clients provide access and return once the clean is complete. As long as access is clearly arranged, we're happy to clean while you're away. Every space is treated with the same care and respect regardless of whether you're present.
What products do you use?
We use eco-friendly, low-toxicity products across all our cleans, safe for families, children and pets. All products, microfibre cloths and equipment are supplied by us.
What if I'm not happy with my clean?
Contact us within 24 hours of your clean and we will return to address anything missed or not completed to standard, at no extra cost, no questions asked. If you're still not satisfied after we return, we'll refund your entire cleaning payment.
Are your cleaners police-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner is police-checked and professionally trained before servicing any client.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. There are no lock-in contracts. We ask for reasonable notice if you need to pause or cancel your service.
Can I request the same cleaner each visit?
Yes. Consistency is central to how we operate. You'll have the same cleaner on the same schedule, so they know your home and your preferences.
