Everything else we do runs on a recurring schedule. We do not take one-off cleans, and every other page on this site says so.
Gift A Clean is the single exception. It sits outside the recurring model on purpose, because the person receiving it did not choose to be on a schedule. There is no commitment attached to it and nobody is signed up to anything by accepting one.

What Every Gift Includes
Whichever tier you choose, the clean is done by a police-checked cleaner working to the written Full-Home Standard, the same checklist our regular clients get. We bring every product, cloth and piece of equipment. There is nothing for the recipient to buy, borrow or have ready.
The clean is covered by The Dust Till Dawn Guarantee in full. If anything is missed, they contact us within 24 hours and we return to fix it at no charge.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does redemption work?
The recipient gets a digital gift card with a unique code. They send us the code through the redemption page or give it to us over the phone, and we arrange a time that suits them.
How long is the gift card valid for?
Three years from the date of purchase. That is printed on the gift card itself, so there is no need to keep the receipt to know where you stand.
Where do you service?
Mount Barker and the Adelaide Hills only. A gift card can be redeemed at any home inside that area, and we do not service metro Adelaide.
Can the gift card be transferred?
Yes. Gift cards are fully transferable to another person, provided their home is within our Adelaide Hills service area.
What if they want more time than the tier covers?
Each tier covers a set block of cleaning. If the recipient would like longer on the day, they are welcome to arrange that with us directly.
Do you offer refunds on gift cards?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The clean itself is backed by The Dust Till Dawn Guarantee, so if the work is not right we return and fix it.
