We do not publish commercial prices, and the reason is not coyness. Two sites of the same floor area can differ by a factor of several in the work they need: a quiet first-floor office and a busy clinic with a waiting room and three consulting rooms are not the same job. A published table would be wrong for almost everyone reading it, and the number you actually pay would arrive as a correction.
So every commercial clean is quoted against the real scope of the work. A quote accounts for:
- The size of the space and which areas are in scope
- How the space is used and how much traffic it takes
- How often you want us in, from daily through to fortnightly
- Any specific requirements, including product sensitivities
You get that price in writing and confirmed before the first clean, with no lock-in contract attached to it. If the scope changes later, the price is revisited openly rather than drifting.

Yes. Commercial cleans are scheduled before you open or after you close so your trading is never interrupted. The window that suits your site is agreed when we quote and then held to as a standing arrangement.
How do keys and alarm access work?
Access is arranged at the quote stage and documented in writing before the first clean, whether that means keys, a lockbox, a swipe card or an alarm code. Nothing is arranged informally, and any change to access is confirmed with you before it takes effect.
What happens if our regular cleaner is away?
Your approved checklist is what makes cover possible. Because the work is written down instead of being carried in one person's head, a covering cleaner follows the same list to the same standard, and we tell you in advance whenever the usual person will not be there.
Do we have to sign a lock-in contract?
No. Commercial clients are on a recurring schedule, not a fixed-term contract, and we ask only for reasonable notice if you need to pause or change your service.
How does commercial quoting work?
We look at the size of the space, the areas in scope, how the space is used, and how often you want us in. You get a price for that scope in writing, confirmed before the first clean, with no fixed price list applied to a site it does not fit.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. All products, cloths and equipment are supplied by us, and environmentally friendly products are used on contact surfaces as standard, not only on request. If you or your team have product sensitivities, alternatives can be discussed when we quote.
